Off Da Field Academy was built to fill a critical gap in player development. Most programs only care about how far you can throw or how fast you can run. We realized that true success requires much more.
We don't just teach coverages and throwing mechanics; we prepare athletes for the reality of modern sports. From navigating the complexities of NIL strategies and personal branding, to instilling foundational financial literacy, we build leaders who succeed everywhere.

MEET COACH ZAY
As a former Division 1 Quarterback and the current QB Coach for the #1 ranked High School program in the country, Coach Zay knows exactly what it takes to reach the next level.
He founded Off Da Field Academy because he saw too many talented athletes struggle with the mental and business side of the sport. His coaching philosophy combines intense, NFL-level film study with practical life skills, ensuring that every player in the academy is prepared for the spotlight, the classroom, and the boardroom.
